Do we offer a warranty?

Yes, but let’s be clear about what it covers and what it doesn’t.

What the warranty covers

We stand behind the products we sell — not because we make them, but because we don’t want you to get stuck with something that breaks right away.

If your product has a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days after you receive it, we’ll replace it or refund you. Your choice.

“Manufacturing defect” means something was wrong with the product when it left the factory — a bad weld, a weak handle, a coating that peels off after two uses, that kind of thing.

What the warranty does NOT cover

Normal wear and tear. If you use a spatula every day for six months and the edge gets worn down, that’s not a defect. That’s using a spatula.

Also not covered:

  • Damage from dropping, hitting, or mishandling
  • Damage from putting something in the dishwasher that wasn’t meant for the dishwasher
  • Rust from leaving it wet for days
  • Losing parts or accessories
  • Anything you modified or tried to repair yourself

How is this different from your return policy?

Here’s the simple breakdown:

Situation: Within 30 days, something’s broken

What to do: Return Policy (quality issue)

Who pays: We pay return shipping

Situation: Within 30 days, you just don’t like it

What to do: Return Policy (change of mind)

Who pays: You pay return shipping

Situation: Between 31–90 days, it has a defect

What to do: Warranty

Who pays: We pay shipping both ways for the replacement

Situation: After 90 days, it breaks from normal use

What to do: No coverage

Who pays: N/A

How to make a warranty claim

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the defect
  • A one-sentence description of what’s wrong

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days. If we agree it’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll either:

  1. Send you a replacement (same item, same color if we still have it), or
  2. Refund what you paid (if we’re out of stock and can’t replace it)

You won’t need to send the defective item back unless we ask. Most of the time we’ll just send the replacement. If we do need it back for inspection, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

What about products that come with their own manufacturer warranty?

Some products — especially electronics or things with motors — might include a warranty card from the original brand. If that warranty is longer than ours, feel free to use theirs instead of ours. We won’t be offended.

But we can’t enforce someone else’s warranty for you. You’d need to contact them directly.

Can I buy an extended warranty?

No. We don’t sell extended warranties. 90 days is what we offer. If you want coverage beyond that, check with your credit card company — some cards automatically extend warranties on purchases.

One last thing

We’re a small shop, not a factory. If a product fails after a few months of heavy use, that might just be normal wear on an affordable item. We’ll be reasonable — if something clearly shouldn’t have broken that fast, we’ll take care of it.
