Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
- United States (Continental US only): 2–6 business days after dispatch
- Canada (Continental Canada only): 5–8 business days after dispatch
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canadian territories, or addresses outside the US/Canada.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders shipped to eligible US and Canadian addresses. No minimum purchase required.
Carrier
We work with multiple carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post). The carrier for your order is determined based on your shipping address and package weight. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
