What is this site?
Pamperedchef Sales is a registered online retailer operating out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We sell kitchen tools and gadgets — spatulas, peelers, storage containers, choppers, that kind of thing. Nothing fancy. Just functional stuff for people who cook at home.
We don’t have a physical store. It’s just a website and a fulfillment team that processes orders from our partnered warehouse facility.
How we started
Honestly? We saw that people were paying too much for basic kitchen tools, or waiting too long for shipping, or getting stuck with complicated return policies. So we started this shop to do it simpler. Free shipping. No hoops for returns. Ship the same day if you order early enough.
That’s still how we run things.
Where do our products come from?
We don’t make anything ourselves. We work with suppliers and distributors who manufacture or wholesale kitchen products. We pick things that seem well-made for the price, and we don’t sell junk. Pamperedchef Sales is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any other kitchenware brand.

This is where we get mail. It’s not a store you can walk into. And again — no returns here unless we told you to.
What we promise customers
Three things:
- Free shipping on everything. No minimum. Doesn’t matter if you spend $5 or $500.
- 30 days to return things, no arguing. Change your mind? Fine. Something broken? We’ll cover return shipping. We don’t charge restocking fees.
- Same-day dispatch if you order before 5pm PT on a weekday. We pack and ship fast because waiting around is annoying.
Customer service
We’re a small team. No chatbots. No call centers in another country. When you email us or call us, you’re talking to someone who actually works here.

What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t make you pay for return shipping on broken items. We don’t make you call a 1-800 number and sit on hold for 20 minutes. We don’t pretend to be something we’re not.
A note on product claims
We’re just a retailer. We describe products as accurately as we can — size, color, materials — but we’re not the manufacturer. If you need technical specs or certifications, check with the brand that made it. We don’t make any claims about being “the best” or “original” or “official.” We sell kitchen tools. That’s it.
